A power outage in Puerto Rico last Thursday left over 840,000 people without electricity.  This is the latest in a series of blackouts following the devastation of Hurricane Maria. The power failure puts increasing pressure on Whitefish Energy, the contractors responsible for fixing the Puerto Rican electrical grid.
